Once everything is to your liking, we'll discuss the content of your website. It's a good idea to either have the content itself ready before you contact us or have a list of the content that will be on your site available. This will help expedite the setup process.

Continuing Service

We pride ourselves on our customers' satisfaction, and that means providing exceptional support after purchases are made.

Once your site is launched, we offer a support service package that costs $20 to start-up. This startup cost is a one time charge that allows you access to our Support Forum. On this forum we have instructional videos detailing website maintenance techniques. These videos are available so that you do not have to pay for excess maintenance if you wish to do it  yourself. We are also available to maintain your website for $15/hr. All actions on our behalf that pertain to updating your website for you is logged in a private forum where you can view invoice details. Personal contact information via phone or e-mail is also located in your private forum should you ever have a computer malfunction or loss of data on your end. One free backups of your website every three months is included in this package. Multiple backups during this timeframe will cost an additional $15 per backup.

Extended Service

Even after our contract terminates with you, our customer, we will keep track of version numbers of both your CMS and the featured plugins we install for you. This will allow us to notify you and assist you with security updates for your products.

Any security updates within your CMS's base version number we will gladly update free of charge.
